Petitioner was removed from service by the school management. Petitioner claims to have filed appeal to the Commissioner of School Education, Andhra Pradesh at Vijayawada. The office of the Commissioner of School Education received the appeal on 21.02.2017. Alleging inaction on the appeal filed by the petitioner, this writ petition is filed. 3.

Since the petitioner has already filed appeal aggrieved by the order of removal, before the commissioner of School Education, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition and keep the writ petition pending.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the Commissioner of School Education to consider the appeal filed by the petitioner and pass orders as warranted by law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
