Nomesh Dutta v. The State Of Telangana.,Rep.,Pp
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.K.JAISWAL CRIMINAL PETITION No.8081 of 2016 ORDER:
This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner/accused under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.1587 of 2013 on the file of III Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad.
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/accused and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the State. Having perused the material on record, it is evident that it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings. However, on the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court feels it appropriate to direct the Court below to dispose of the C.C. itself as expeditiously as possible.
In that view of the matter, the Criminal Petition is disposed of directing the III Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad, to dispose of C.C.No.1587 of 2013, within a period of three(3) months from today.
Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
