When the matter is listed on 09.11.2016, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner and this Court directed to list the matter under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even when the matter is listed today under the caption 'for dismissal', learned counsel for the petitioner appeared and submitted that he has no instructions from the petitioner. It seems that the petitioner is not evincing any interest in prosecuting the matter diligently. This Court also has not granted stay.

Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No order as to costs.
