This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner/ defendant, assailing the order, dated 14.12.2012, of the learned Principal District Judge, West Godavari at Eluru, passed in C.M.A.No.14 of 2012. 2 .

The learned counsel for the petitioner/ defendant would submit that in view of the nature of relief claimed in the suit and the disposal of the suit as not pressed by the trial Court on 11.03.2015 and as the construction is already completed in all respects, no cause survives for adjudication in this Revision and that therefore, the Revision may be dismissed as infructuous. 3 .

Recording the said submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner/ defendant, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
