This revision petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is filed challenging the orders dated 22.02.2012 in I.A.No.1063 of 2011 in O.S.No.967 of 2005 on the file of the Court of Principal Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District.

As per office note, O.S.No.967 of 2005 was disposed of on 28.08.2013. Learned counsel for the petitioners also submitted that the purpose of filing of this petition has become infructuous. In view of the office note as well as the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
