K.T. Vijay Kumar, v. Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd.,
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN And THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY WRIT PETITION No.8646 of 2015 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Ramesh Ranganathan) It is wholly unnecessary for this Court to adjudicate the writ petition on its merits, as both Sri K.V.Simhadri, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri S.Niranjan Reddy, learned counsel for the respondents, would agree that, since the Securitisation Application itself is slated for hearing before the Debt Recovery Tribunal, Hyderbad on 09.04.2015, they would proceed with the hearing on that date; and no orders need be passed in this writ petition. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
