Sri.D.Ramesh, learned counsel representing Sri.B.Nalin Kumar, learned counsel on record for the petitioner has submitted that accused No.3 is no more and all the allegations arc against the accused No.3 only and moreover the proceedings against accused No.1 has already been quashed and thereby, sought permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Petition.

2. In view of the above submission, this Criminal Petition is liable to be dismissed as withdrawn 3.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel, pending Miscellaneous Applications, if anl, shall stand closed.
