This criminal petition is filed, by the petitioners / accused Nos.1 to 4, under Section 438 Cr.P.C., seeking anticipatory bail in an unregistered crime and direct the second respondent to enlarge the petitioners in the event of their arrest. The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the Criminal Petition. Permission is accorded.

In the result, the Criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
