Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Law and Legislative Department for respondent Nos.1 and 3 and Sri P. Sudheer Rao, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.2.

This writ petition is filed challenging the proceedings No.887/TSEC-L-2015-(17) dated 07.07.2017 in disqualifying the petitioner from contesting in elections, as illegal and arbitrary. 3.
It is stated by the learned counsel on either side that the issue in this writ petition is squarely covered by the common order dated 20.03.2019 passed in W.P.No.2630 of 2018 and batch. 4.
In the circumstances, following the said judgment and for the reasons alike, this writ petition is allowed. No order as to costs. 5.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
