These Company Applications are filed by the Assistant Official Liquidator under Section 462 of the Companies Act, 1956 read with Rule 306 of the Company (Court) Rules, 1959 to take on record the half-yearly accounts for the periods from 01.10.2017 to 31.03.2018; 01.04.2018 to 30.09.2018;

01.10.2018 to 31.03.2019 and 01.04.2019 to 30.09.2019 along with the auditors' reports of M/s. KBS & Associates, Chartered Accountants of various companies in liquidation.
