In this Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the only complaint of the petitioner is with regard to noncompletion of investigation into the case in Crime No.284 of 2017 on the file of the Nandigama Police Station and non-filing of the final report in accordance with the procedure established by law. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Home (A.P) appearing for respondents 1 to 4. Perused the material record.

At the hearing, learned Government Pleader for Home (A.P.), on written instructions, a copy of which is placed on record, would submit that investigation into the aforestated crime was completed and charge sheet was also filed on 05.01.2018 and that a Calendar Case in C.C.No.5 of 2018 was taken on file by the Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Nandigama, and therefore, no cause survives for adjudication on merits.

Recording the said submissions, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed.
