It is stated by Sri Maheswara Rao Kuncheam, learned counsel for the petitioners that the lis in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the orders of this Court in W.P.No.5581 of 2015 dated 06.03.2015 and the same is not disputed by Sri Md.Saleem, learned Standing Counsel for 2nd respondent Municipality. In view of the same, and for the reasons alike in the orders in W.P.No.5581 of 2015, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
