Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents 1 to 3 and the learned Government Pleader for Irrigation appearing for respondents 4 and 5. With consent of the counsel appearing for both sides, the present writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The present writ petition came to be filed with the following prayer:
"to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ order or direction declaring the action of respondents 2 to 5 in making efforts to demolish the shop situated by the side of road at Pasuvullanka Centre, Pasuvullanka, I-Polavaram Mandal, East Godavari District ithotu due process of law, as illegal, arbitrary, violative of principles of natural justice and contrary to law."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that without following due process of law and without giving any notice, the respondents are trying to demolish the shop of the petitioner. 4.
Learned Government Pleader for Irrigation submits that any action taken by the respondents will be in accordance with law.

Recording the submission made by the learned Government Pleader for Irrigation and without going into merits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to follow due process of law before taking steps for demolition of shop of the petitioner.
