It was represented by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that the sole petitioner in both the Writ Petitions expired. In spite of granting sufficient time, no steps were taken for bringing the legal representatives on record. In the circumstances, both the Writ Petitions are dismissed as abated. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
