THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE D.V.S.S.SOMAYAJULU CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.366 of 2014 ORDER:
This civil revision petition is filed against docket order, 27.01.2014, in E.P.No.125 of 2013 in O.S.No.126 of 2003 on the file of the learned Principal Junior Civil Judge, Gudivada.
2.
This Court, by interim order, dated 07.02.2014, has granted conditional interim stay. On 05.12.2018, the matter has been adjourned to today as the learned counsel for the petitioner wished to confirm whether the conditions imposed in interim order, dated 05.12.2018, have been complied with and whether the cause in this revision survives or not. Even today, the learned counsel for the petitioner is unable to state whether the conditions have been complied with or whether the cause in this revision survives or not. The learned counsel further submits that despite his efforts, the petitioner is not responding to his phone calls etc.,.
DVSS,J C.R.P.No.366 of 2014 10.12.2018 3.
From the above circumstances, it is clear that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter. 4.
Therefore, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
5.
As a sequel to dismissal of the C.R.P., miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending for consideration shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
