HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No. 9259 of 2017 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, the petitioners/A1 & A2 seek to quash the proceedings in Crime No.768 of 2017 of Madhapur Guttala Police Station, Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy District, which was registered for the offences under Section 406 & 420 IPC.

When the matter came up for hearing, learned Public Prosecutor produced the letter dated 23.09.2017 of Sub-Inspector of Police, Madhapur Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate and submitted that in this case investigation was completed and charge sheet was filed before XXV MM, Miyapur and CC is numbered and therefore, the petition which is filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No. 768 of 2017 has become infructuous and hence the same may be dismissed.

In view of the above submission of learned Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as Infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
