THE HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE KONGARA VIJAYA LAKSHMI WRIT PETITION No. 8447 OF 2015 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed to declare the action of respondent No. 5 in not renewing permission for de-casting sand in patta land as illegal and arbitrary.

Counter affidavit has been filed by the Assistant Director of Mines and Geology, Nizamabad-respondent No. 4, wherein it is stated that permission has been given to the petitioner vide proceedings dated 16-07-2015 and that as per the new sand policy, an agreement is also entered into and executed with the petitioner on 17-07-2015.

In view of the averments made in the counter affidavit, no further orders are necessary in the Writ Petition. 4.

The Writ Petition is accordingly closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed in consequence.
