THE HON'BLE Dr . JUSTI CE SHAMEEM AKTHER Civil Revision Pet it ion No.1 9 5 6 of 2 0 1 9 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner/ defendant, challenging the order, dated 24.01.2019, passed in I.A.No.397 of 2017 in O.S.No.515 of 2016, on the file of the VII Additional Junior Civil Judge, Warangal, whereby, the petition filed by the respondent/ plaintiff under Order 15A(1) of C.P.C. to direct the petitioner/ defendant to deposit the monthly rent @ Rs.11,300/ - per month from July, 2015 to till date along with arrears of Rs.11,325/ -, was allowed.

2 .

Heard the learned counsel for the revision petitioner/ defendant and perused the record. 3 .

Having argued for some time, the learned counsel for the revision petitioner/ defendant would submit that at least one month time may be granted to pay the arrears of rent and the impugned order may be modified accordingly. 4 .

It is pertinent to state that the impugned order is passed on 24.01.2019. Much time has been passed. In spite of the same, no amount is deposited by the revision petitioner/ defendant towards arrears of rent. However, since a request is made to this Court to grant thirty (30) days time to pay the arrears of rent, the revision petitioner/ defendant is directed to pay the arrears of rent within a period of thirty

With the above modification to the impugned order, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition, shall stand dismissed.
