Chandraiah) When the matter is taken up for admission, learned counsel for the appellant submits that the order of the Tribunal, which is impugned in the present appeal, has been recalled by the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal, Hyderabad 'A' Bench, Hyderabad vide orders in M.A.Nos.164 & 165/Hyd/2014 dated 18.02.2015. A copy of the said order of the Tribunal, whereby the impugned order was recalled, is placed on record. In that view of the matter, nothing survives in the present appeal.

The appeal is, accordingly, dismissed. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this appeal, shall stand closed.
