CVNR,J &DVSS, J Judgment: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This appeal is filed against award and decree dated 03.12.2014 in O.P.No.208 of 2012 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Atmakur, Kurnool district.

At the hearing, the learned Government Pleader for Appeals (AP), submitted that proof of service on the respondent has not been filed.

In spite of several opportunities, notice has not been served on the respondent. Hence, the appeal is dismissed, on account of nonservice of notice on the respondent. 4.

As a sequel to the dismissal of the appeal, the interim order dated 07.03.2017 stands vacated and I.A.No.2 of (L.A.A.S.M.P.No.210 of 2017) is dismissed.
