Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Cooperation appearing for respondent Nos.1 and 2.

This Writ Petition is filed to declare the action of the 2nd respondent in not taking any steps to direct the 4th respondent to disqualify the nominations of the members who have been involved in misappropriation of council funds, so that the same members do not get elected for the posts of Managing Committee, as arbitrary and illegal.

Petitioner has not made the proper parties as respondents against whom he is seeking relief and no one is going to be effected by the interim order and for that simple reason, the Writ Petition is liable to be dismissed.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. 5.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
