Sri A.Tulsri Raj Gokul, learned counsel for the petitioners-accused Nos. 1 and 2, addressed letter dated 11-04-2018 to the Registrar (Judicial), wherein it is informed that he received instructions from his clients to withdraw Crl.P.No. 8556 of 2014 and hence the case may be posted for withdrawal before the Court. 2.

At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners has reiterated the contents of the said letter.
