When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for respondents submitted that the issue raised by the petitioner has been resolved vide proceedings dated 16.02.2019 of respondent No.8. Learned counsel for the petitioner has also not disputed the same.

In view of the above submission, the cause in the writ petition does not survive.

The writ petition is accordingly closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
