THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL REVISION CASE NO.808 OF 2011 ORDER:

This revision case is preferred by the petitioners against the orders dated 23.03.2011 in Crl.M.P.No.14 of 2011 in S.C.No.115 of 2010 on the file of the Court of Assistant Sessions Judge, Bhimavaram.

2. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the revision case with a liberty to avail the remedies available to them under law. Permission is granted.

3. Hence, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioners to avail the remedies available to them under law. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision case, shall stand closed. Registry is hereby directed to return the originals to the petitioners.
