THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.42816 of 2015 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner was that the Station House Officer, Chilakaluripeta Town Police Station, Guntur District, failed to register a crime based on the complaint dated 10.12.2015 made by the petitioner.

Written instructions dated 19.01.2016 were furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Chilakaluripeta Urban Police Station, Guntur Rural District, to the office of the learned Government Pleader for Home, wherein he stated that no complaint had been registered by the petitioner with the Chilakaluripeta Urban Police Station till date. The complaint dated 10.12.2015 alleged to have been made by the petitioner was stated to have never been received in the police station. In the light of the aforestated instructions, Sri N.V.R.Amarnath, learned counsel for the petitioner, sought leave to permit the petitioner to make a fresh complaint to the police authorities. Reserving liberty to the petitioner to do so, the writ petition is dismissed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
