THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R. SUBHASH REDDY AND THE HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO FAMILY COURT APPEAL No.152 OF 2005 JUDGMENT: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice R. Subhash Reddy) This appeal, under Section 19 of the Family Courts Act, 1984, is filed aggrieved by the judgment and decree, dated 04.03.2005, rendered in O.P.No.34 of 2002 by the Family Court, Warangal, by which, the petition filed by the appellant, under Section 13 (1) (ia) of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, seeking divorce, was dismissed.

When the matter came up on 28.01.2015, as none appeared for the appellant, it was ordered to be posted under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today, when the matter has come up, none appears for the appellant and there is no representation on his behalf.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed for nonprosecution. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed. No costs.
