THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.7450 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the proceedings in D.Dis. SR (A) No.39/2015/S2, dated 13.01.2016 issued by the 4th respondent-Joint Collector, Srikakulam.

Though the Writ Petition is filed questioning the order of the 4th respondent-Joint Collector, Srikakulam in confirming the order of the 5th respondent-Revenue Divisional Officer, Srikakulam Mandal, terminating the Fair Price Shop license issued in favour of the petitioner, I am not inclined to entertain the writ petition, as the petitioner has one more opportunity to approach the revisional authority i.e., District Collector, Srikakulam District by filing revision. In that view of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the revisional authority, who shall consider and pass appropriate orders within eight weeks from the date of filing of the revision.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
