No. 19100 of 2017 O R D E R:- (ORAL) (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) The learned Government Pleader for Services appearing on behalf of the respondents, submits that the order dated 08.06.2016 in O.A.No. 6095 of 2013 with M.A.No. 2569 of 2015 passed by the A.P. Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad, which is under challenge in the present writ petition, has been complied with by the 3rd respondent - District Educational Officer vide Proceedings Rc.No. 8714/ C8/ A4/ Estt./ 2016, dated 18.07.2017 and the same is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
