CVNR,J & GSP,J W.P.No.29890 of 2017 18.09.2017 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to direct the respondents to implement order, dated 24.02.2016, in O.A.No.590 of 2016 on the file of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad (for short 'the Tribunal').

At the hearing, the learned Government Pleader for Services (TS) appearing for the respondents has placed before us proceedings in Rc.No.590/B2/2017, dated 11.09.2017, issued by respondent No.1 according notional seniority and increments to the petitioners on par with District Selection Committee (DSC)-2012 candidates basing on the joining date of the individuals and submitted that with the issue of the said proceedings, the order of the Tribunal has since been complied with. The learned counsel for the petitioners has admitted this position. 3.

As the respondents have complied with the aforementioned order of the Tribunal, no further adjudication in the writ petition is necessary. 4.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of as infructuous. 5.

As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P.No.37239 of 2017 filed by the petitioners for interim relief shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
