K.H.K. Sathya Prakash, v. The State Of Andhra Pradesh
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V.AFZULPURKAR W.P.No.41294 of 2014 ORDER:
Heard.
The grievance of the petitioner is that though he has given complaint to the 2nd respondent on 11-12-2014, no crime is registered nor any action is taken.
The instructions received by the learned Government Pleader show that no such complaint is received by the 2nd respondent. Even otherwise, the petitioner has not filed any acknowledgment in proof of filing of complaint before the 2nd respondent. Since the 2nd respondent stated in the instructions that if any fresh complaint is received from the petitioner, appropriate action will be taken in accordance with law, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition by permitting the petitioner to make a fresh complaint by approaching the 2nd respondent and if any such complaint is received, the 2nd respondent shall examine the same and take appropriate action in accordance with law.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
