K.V. Rajasree, learned counsel for the petitioners, states that pursuant to the interim order passed by the Division Bench, the petitioners have been paid the terminal benefits. We see no reason, therefore, to proceed against the respondents under the Contempt of Courts Act.

The contempt case is, accordingly, closed. No order as to costs.
