THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION No.3322 of 2022 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition, under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners, who are arrayed as accused No.1 and 2, to grant anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest in connection with Crime No.9 of 2022 of Thurkapalli Palli Police Station registered for the offences under Section 436 of Indian Penal Code r/w.34 of IPC. 2.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners/A-1 and 2 and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-State and perused the record.

This Court by order dated 23.03.2022 in Criminal Petition No.2074 of 2022 directed the petitioners-Accused No.1 and 2 to surrender before the concerned Court and within two weeks from the date of order and seek regular bail. However, without surrendering, as directed in the earlier order, the present

application came to be filed. For the said reason, the present application is liable to be dismissed.

The learned Counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to the petitioners to surrender and seek regular bail, however, no such permission is required. If the petitioners surrender before the concerned Court and seek bail, the same shall be disposed of within three working days.

Accordingly, this criminal petition is disposed of. 6.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
