HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.12962 OF 2019 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondent Nos.2 to 4 in not taking any action against respondent No.5 in pursuant to the FIR No.208 of 2019, dt.04.06.2019 and also not stopping him from conducting celebrations of Avatar Mehar Baba on 30.06.2019. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that after registering the crime in Crime No.208/2019 against 5th respondent, LWs.1 and 2 were examined and their statements were recorded and notices under Section 41(A) Cr.P.C were issued to them; and that the investigation is at initial stage and after completion of investigation final report will be filed before the concerned court. He further submits that three months time is required for completion of the investigation and filing final report. Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of directing the competent authority to complete the investigation and file charge sheet within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
