Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development. With consent of the counsel appearing for both sides, the present writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

2. The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of the writ of mandamus declaring the action of respondents 2 and 3 in taking steps to demolish the portion of the shop of the petitioner at Door No.6-29-1, Ward No.20, Guntur, without any notice or notification, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently, to direct respondents 2 and 3 not to demolish the above shop except in accordance with law.

3. Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the respondents not to interfere with the property without following due process of law.

4. While denying the averments made in the writ petition, learned Government Pleader submits that no action shall be initiated by the respondents without following due process of law.

5. Having regard to the submissions made, and without going into the merits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondents 2 and 3 not to take any coercive steps against the property in dispute without following due process of
