Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos.1 and 2. 2.
The grievance of the petitioner is that she approached the respondents-police to give a complaint against her husband but they are not receiving the said complaint.

In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on merits, it is open to the petitioner to send the complaint to the respondents-police by registered post with acknowledgment due and on receipt of such complaint, within a period of two weeks, the respondents-police shall take appropriate action in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. 5.
As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
