- 2 - THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.10810 OF 2018 ORDER :

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. 2.

Petitioners allege that land to an extent of Ac.12.07 guntas in Sy.No.736, Ac.13.06 guntas in Sy.No.737, Ac.5.06 guntas in Sy.No.733 of Jampally Village, Dharoor Mandal, Mahabubnagar District, is their ancestral property and has been in their joint possession and enjoyment. Out of the total extent of Ac.13.06 guntas in Sy.No.737, an extent of Ac.0.38 guntas was acquired by the Government. Petitioners further allege that in January, 2018, when they verified the village accounts/pahanies, it was found that their extent of lands in Sy.Nos.736 and 737 was reduced and the names of third parties are incorporated for the remaining extent of land. Petitioners claim that the 1st petitioner made an application to respondents 2, 3, 4 and 6 to conduct survey and demarcate the subject lands. Alleging inaction on the request of the petitioners to conduct survey of the subject lands, this Writ Petition is filed. 3.

It is seen from the record that on 03.02.2018, application was made by the 1st petitioner to the respondents 2, 3, 4 and 6 by paying the requisite fee and receipt to that effect was also issued by Mee-seva.

4.
