HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.3899 of 2018 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed by petitioners/A1 to A5 under Section 482 Cr.P.C, to quash the proceedings against them in C.C No.738 of 2017, pending on the file of First Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Nizamabad, registered for the offences under Section 498 (A) IPC and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961.

As can be seen from the FIR and charge sheet and other material, there is a strong prima facie accusation against all the accused. In that view and as the mater is now coming up for appearance of accused before the trial Court, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.
