Sri B.M.Patro, learned counsel for the petitioners, addressed letter dated 04-06-2018 to the Registrar (Judicial), wherein it is informed that he received instructions from his clients to withdraw Crl.P.No. 7689 of 2015 and hence the case may be posted for withdrawal before the Court. 2.
At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners has reiterated the contents of the said letter.
