THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO CONTEMPT CASE NO.646 OF 2014 ORDER:

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submit that W.P.No.22444 of 2013 has since been dismissed by this Court, whereas, the above contempt case is instituted based upon an interlocutory order passed during the pendency of the said writ petition. Therefore, this contempt case has no legs to stand and accordingly, it is dismissed, as requested by the learned counsel for the petitioner as withdrawn.

Accordingly, the contempt case is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, miscellaneous applications pending if any shall also stand dismissed. No costs.
