This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner-Accused under Sections 437 and 439 Cr.P.C. seeking to grant bail to him in Crime No.43 of 2015 on the file of Devarapalli Police Station, Visakhapatnam District, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 20(b)(i) r/w 8(c ) of NDPS Act.

Heard and perused the material available on record. It is alleged that the petitioner was found in possession of 40 kgs of ganja. Since the ganja alleged to have been seized from the possession of the petitioner is commercial quantity, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
