This Writ Petition is filed challenging the proceedings of the 2nd respondent vide Circular Memo No.C/1587/2017, dated 27.04.2017.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Services appearing for respondents 1 and 2.

Admittedly, petitioner has alternate remedy of appeal under Rule 26 of Andhra Pradesh State and Subordinate Service Rules, 1996.

In view of the same, it is open for the petitioner to avail alternate remedy of appeal under Rule 26 of the A.P State and Subordinate Service Rules, 1966, if he is so advised. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
