THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION NO.3317 OF 2022 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner/Accused No.15 seeking modification of condition of his appearance before the Station House Officer, Panjagutta, Hyderabad, weekly once i.e. on every Sunday, as ordered by the I Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad by order dated 1.2.2022 in Crl.M.P.No.371 of 2022.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court inclined to modify the condition of appearance of the petitioner/accused No.15 before the investigating officer as "First Sunday of every month". The other conditions remain unaltered.

With this modification, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.

Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall stand closed.
