Transfer Criminal Petition Nos.133 and 134 of 2016 are filed under Section 407 Cr.P.C. seeking to transfer Criminal Appeal Nos.43 and 47 of 2009 pending on the file of the VII Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad to the file of the Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad or vice versa to try along with Criminal Appeal Nos.526 and 527 of 2014.

2. In view of the common order, dated 25.4.2016, passed in Transfer Criminal Petition Nos.203 and 204 of 2014 and 124, 125 and 126 of 2016, wherein this Court transferred Criminal Appeal Nos.526 and 527 of 2014 from the file of the Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad to the file of the VII Additional Metropolitan Session Judge, Hyderabad to be tried and disposed of along with Criminal Appeal Nos.43, 44, 45, 46 and 47 of 2009, no orders are required to be passed in these Transfer Criminal Petitions.
