THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.30756 OF 2015 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:

"to issue a writ or order direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus under Article 226 of Constitution of India, declaring the action of the 2nd respondent non passing of the orders on the petitioner's application dated: June, 2015 and August, 2015, for shifting the petitioner's college from Mandasa to Sompeta is as illegal, improper and arbitrary and to pass such other order or further orders as this Hon'ble High Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

2. Heard Smt. Akella Padma, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Higher Education appearing for the respondents.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner, during the course of arguments, submitted that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner, petitioner herein submitted applications in the month of June, 2015 and August, 2015, and the same may be directed to be disposed of, in accordance with law.

4. For the aforesaid reasons, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondent authorities to pass appropriate orders on the representations said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein in June, 2015 and August 2015, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order, in accordance with law.

5. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs. __________________ A.V.SESHA SAI, J
