HONOURABLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION NO. 3551 of 2019 ORDER :

The present Criminal petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., seeking quashing of investigation in Crime No.99 of 2019 of Lallaguda Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 188, 418 and 420 IPC and Section 9 of the T.S.Education Institutions Act, 1983.

At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the police already filed charge sheet and numbered as C.C.No.980 of 2019. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the Criminal Petition. Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with a liberty to avail the remedies available under law. As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand dismissed.
