This Contempt Case is filed by the petitioners alleging willful disobedience of the order dt.29.04.2013 passed in WPMP.No.15929 of 2013 in WP.No.12959 of 2013.

Since the said order has now been vacated and Writ Petition No.12959 of 2013 itself is dismissed to-day by way of a separate order, I see no reason to punish the respondents for Contempt of Court.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Contempt Case, shall stand closed.
