ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 6th respondent in not taking any action on the application for issuance of 'No Objection Certificate' as illegal and consequently, direct the respondents to dispose of the application and issue 'No Objection Certificate'.

2. Heard.

3. Admittedly, the application of the petitioner for grant of no objection certificate is pending with respondent No.6 and so far no action is taken thereon.

4. Hence, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.6 to take appropriate decision on the application of the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
