RAJANI W RI T PETI TI ON No.1 8 7 3 5 of 2 0 1 7 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Ramesh Ranganathan) The petitioner has an effective and efficacious alternative remedy of appeal under the AP Value Added Tax Act, 2005, without availing which, it has invoked the jurisdiction of this Court. We see no reason, therefore, to exercise discretion to interfere with the order, as the petitioner can as well avail the alternative remedy of appeal.

The writ petition is dismissed. Registry shall return the original order forthwith to the learned counsel for the petitioner under due acknowledgement.
