THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.12959 of 2019 ORDER :

This Writ Petition is filed alleging that without following due process, the respondent - GHMC authorities are demolishing the house bearing No.19-4-273/10/1, Plot No.10 in Survey Nos.29 and 32/2 admeasuring 288 square yards situated at MIR SAGER, Attapur village. 2.

On instructions, learned Standing Counsel informed the Court that GHMC is not interfering and undertaking to demolish, as complained. According to his instructions, revenue authorities are taking action and notices are also issued by them.

The grievance in the present Writ Petition is only against GHMC and when the GHMC clearly asserts that they are not interfering, there is no cause for entertaining the Writ Petition. 4.

Recording the above said statement, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
