Heard Sri D.Narender Naik, learned counsel for the petitioner and Smt. K.Aruna, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 1 to 3.

It is the case of the petitioner that petitioner has entered into contract with respondents and executed the work and warranty period also expired long back. Though the petitioner filed several representations for return of the Security Deposit, which was recovered from the regular bills, the Bank Guarantee given in lieu of Security Deposit and Performance Bank Guarantee, same are not being returned till date. As no action being taken for return of the aforesaid deposits, present Writ Petition is filed. Since the representations of the petitioner are stated to be pending before the competent authority, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the competent authority is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and take action in accordance with Rules, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand dismissed.
